What You’ll Do:

• Support the admissions process for prospective residents
• Serve as a key point of contact for residents, families, and referral partners
• Coordinate documentation, insurance information, and admission details
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth transitions
• Provide compassionate support while working closely with elderly residents

What You’ll Need:

• Relevant experience required (2+ years of nursing home or insurance experience strongly preferred)
• Comfort working with elderly populations (assisted living or similar experience a plus)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Fluent English required
• Must be 21 years of age or older
